Cancellation Policy
Everything you need to know about cancelling or changing your trip.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. Cancellation by You
- You may request a cancellation at any time by calling or emailing us.
- Cancellations are subject to the airline's or supplier's fare rules, which may include penalties or make the fare non-refundable.
- Any applicable cancellation fees and service fees will be explained before the cancellation is processed.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
Many airlines allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking for certain fares, especially for travel to or from the United States, if the booking was made at least 7 days before departure. Eligibility depends on the airline and fare. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
3. No-Shows
If you do not travel and do not cancel before departure, the airline may treat the booking as a no-show. This can result in loss of the full fare and cancellation of any return or onward flights.
4. Changes & Rebooking
Date, time or route changes depend on fare rules and seat availability. You may need to pay a change fee plus any difference in fare. Name changes are usually not permitted by airlines; minor spelling corrections may be possible.
5. Cancellation by the Airline or Supplier
If a flight or service is cancelled by the supplier, we will inform you as soon as we are notified and help you choose between available options, such as rebooking, travel credit or refund, as offered by the supplier.
6. Hotels & Holiday Packages
Hotels and packages have their own cancellation deadlines and penalties, which are shared at the time of booking. Some special rates are non-refundable.
7. How to Cancel
- Call +1 877-479-3948 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
- Email info@nodexgloballlc.com with your booking reference and passenger names.
- You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation is processed.
8. Indicative Cancellation Fee Slabs
Most airlines and hotels use time-based slabs. The exact figures come from the fare or rate you choose, and we show them to you before you pay. A typical international flight ticket follows a pattern such as:
- More than 30 days before departure – lowest penalty.
- Between 30 and 7 days before departure – a higher penalty.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure – a still higher penalty.
- Within 48 hours of departure, or after departure – usually no refund on non-refundable fares.
- Hotels commonly allow free cancellation up to 3–7 days before arrival; special and non-refundable rates do not.
9. Involuntary Cancellation & Schedule Changes
If the airline cancels your flight, changes the timing significantly, or downgrades your service, this is treated as an involuntary change. In that case you are usually offered a free rebooking, a travel credit or a refund of the affected sector by the airline. We will notify you as soon as we are told and help you file the request.
10. Group Bookings
Group fares are held under separate contract rules. Cancellation or reduction in the number of travellers after the names are filed with the airline may attract a penalty per passenger, and some group deposits are non-refundable. These conditions are shared with you before the group booking is confirmed.
11. Visa-Related Cancellations
A refused visa, an expired passport or a late application is your responsibility and is treated as a passenger-initiated cancellation, subject to the normal fare rules. We recommend applying for visas early and buying travel insurance that covers visa refusal, and we can point you to suppliers that offer it.
12. Travel Insurance
Cancellation charges set by airlines and hotels can be substantial. Travel insurance can cover some of these costs for medical or other covered reasons. Insurance is sold by specialist providers and is not underwritten by us; we can share information about suitable options on request.
