1. Acceptance of Terms

By using https://bookingnodex.online or our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Booking Nodex is operated by Nodex Global LLC.

2. Our Role

Booking Nodex is an independent travel assistance service. We help you search, compare and book travel products supplied by airlines, hotels and other providers. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline. Your contract of carriage is with the airline or supplier, and their terms apply in addition to ours.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier.
• Fares are not guaranteed until payment is received and the ticket is issued.
• Prices may include taxes, supplier charges and our service fee, all disclosed before payment.
• You must provide accurate passenger information exactly as shown on government-issued ID.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for your journey. We may provide general guidance but cannot be responsible for denied boarding due to missing or invalid documents.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Supplier rules always apply.

6. Service Fees

We may charge a service fee for booking, changing or cancelling. Fees are disclosed and agreed with you in advance and are generally non-refundable once the service is completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, lost baggage or other events caused by airlines, suppliers, weather or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the service fees paid to us for the affected booking, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Website Use

• Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or to make false or speculative bookings.
• Content on this website is for general information and may change without notice.
• All website content, logo and design belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

9. Communication Consent

By sharing your contact details, you agree to receive calls, emails, SMS messages related to your enquiry or booking. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Accuracy of Information

Fares, schedules, baggage allowances, visa rules and availability shown or quoted to you are indicative and are confirmed only at the moment of ticketing. While we take care to keep information current, we do not warrant that every detail on the website is complete, accurate or error-free, and prices and seats change continuously by supplier action.

14. Fare, Tax & Surcharge Changes

Airlines and governments may revise fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, security levies and exchange rates between quotation and payment. Where this happens before ticketing, we will tell you the revised total and ask your approval before charging anything.

15. Passenger Conduct & Right to Refuse

You must follow the airline's and supplier's conduct, safety and documentation rules. Suppliers may refuse carriage for valid reasons such as invalid documents, disruptive behaviour or safety risk. We are not liable for any loss arising from such refusal and the supplier's rules apply.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations where the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, airport or airspace closures, government orders, sanctions, weather events, or failures of suppliers, airlines, telecommunications or payment systems.

17. Notices

Notices to us can be sent to info@nodexgloballlc.com or to our registered office at 32 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801. Notices to you may be sent by email, SMS, or post to the contact details you gave us, and are treated as received on the day they are sent.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy, Refund and Cancellation Policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this website, and replace any earlier discussion or advertisement.

19. Class Action Waiver & Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated or representative action. We will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally through the contact channels above before either side starts formal proceedings.

20. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or give consent on this website. Bookings for travellers under 18 must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian, and unaccompanied-minor travel must follow the airline's rules.
